A new brand identity for a new era.

The brief

Rimo3, a Microsoft-affiliated software company, was entering a transformative phase in its journey. Known for their innovative approach to application compatibility and automation, they sought a brand refresh that could position them as industry leaders while reflecting the urgency of modern IT environments.

With technology accelerating, traditional manual methods of application updates, dominant for over two decades, were no longer viable. The industry was shifting toward automation, and Rimo3’s solutions were more relevant than ever. The rebrand needed to capture this momentum, resonate with stakeholders, and establish Rimo3 as a future-ready, indispensable partner for enterprises.

What I Did

At Branded by Berkeley, I reimagined the Rimo3 brand from the ground up, crafting strategic messaging, visuals, and digital assets to create a cohesive and compelling identity. We built a sleek website on the HubSpot CMS, balancing cutting-edge design with clarity and functionality to showcase Rimo3’s innovative solutions. Collaborating closely with their team, we introduced the North Star messaging, “Own the Outcome,” encapsulating their mission to empower organisations with confidence in IT operations.

To support their sales efforts, I produced tailored PowerPoint decks for both general and technical audiences, alongside a dynamic corporate explainer video highlighting their mission and solutions. For the launch of Rimo3’s Wayfinder feature at a Microsoft event, I crafted a high-impact product video. Complementing the design work, our strategic PR and outreach ensured the refreshed brand resonated with the right audiences, amplifying its reach and impact.

The outcome

The rebrand was met with unanimous enthusiasm from Rimo3’s leadership, team, and partners. The new messaging and assets perfectly captured their innovative ethos and ambition, setting the stage for their continued growth in the software and IT sectors.

With a strong digital presence, clear messaging, and refined visual identity, Rimo3 is now primed to lead the charge in automated IT operations, delivering results that matter and helping organisations “Own the Outcome.”
