Boyer
Later Living Brochure

My role
Designed and art-worked an investment-focused brochure for Boyer’s Later Living developments, delivering clear, elegant layout, typographic hierarchy and image direction across print and digital formats.
Project Overview
I was commissioned to design and artwork a promotional brochure for Boyer, focused on positioning their Later Living residential developments as a compelling investment opportunity. The brochure needed to speak to both the emotional and commercial value of the offering—presenting Boyer as a thoughtful, forward-looking developer while appealing directly to investors.
Working within existing brand parameters, I was given freedom to evolve the visual approach in line with the audience and subject matter.
Design & Layout
The visual direction balanced clarity with sophistication. I developed a typographic structure that communicated confidence and care—pairing clean, modern type with generous spacing and a calm visual rhythm. I handled all copy setting, ensuring tone, hierarchy and legibility aligned across both short and long-form content.
Image art direction played a key role. I selected and styled photography to reflect the lifestyle proposition of Later Living, creating space for warmth, independence and architectural detail. Pull quotes, headlines and key stats were introduced as visual punctuation—bringing energy to the layout and guiding the reader through the narrative.
Client Collaboration & Delivery
I worked directly with the client across multiple review stages—refining layout, adjusting tone and imagery, and providing design insight to help balance commercial objectives with clarity and aesthetic appeal. The final brochure was delivered in print-ready and digital formats, carefully art-worked to ensure colour, typography and resolution consistency across all platforms.
The result was a confident, elegant piece of marketing collateral that elevated Boyer’s positioning and helped frame Later Living as a valuable and timely investment opportunity.
