NEOL, creators of CuGlide technology, needed a brand that matched their industry-shaping ambitions in sustainable lubricants. After a misfired rebrand, they partnered with Berkeley to redefine their narrative and visual identity.

I developed a bold, copper-inspired design system reflecting innovation, sustainability, and their North Star mission: protecting people and the planet. The result—a striking, future-focused brand—repositioned NEOL as a global force for change.
